Black November Wedding Promotion

1. *Limited Availability:* This promotion is available to the first 10 confirmed bookings only. Once all 10 promotional bookings have been secured, the offer will automatically close.

2. *Promotion Period:* Bookings must be made between 1 and 30 November 2026 to qualify for the Black November promotional rates. Weddings can take place in 2026 & 2027.

3. *Booking Deposit:* A strictly non-negotiable 50% upfront payment of the promotional package price is required within 48 hours of receiving your invoice. Your wedding date will only be officially secured once payment has been received and proof of payment has been supplied.

4. *Outstanding Balance:* The remaining 50% of the package price must be paid in full no later than one month before the wedding date.

5. *Late or Missed Payments:* If the required upfront payment is not received within 48 hours, the booking will be cancelled and the date may be released to other clients. The promotional rate will no longer be guaranteed.

6. *New Bookings Only:* The promotion applies exclusively to new wedding bookings made during November 2026. Existing bookings, previously issued quotations and confirmed reservations are excluded.

7. *Package Selection:* Promotional prices apply only to the advertised Photo, Video and Combo packages and their specified deliverables. Additional hours, upgrades, extras or services not listed in the selected package will be charged separately at the applicable rates.

8. *No Combinations:* This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, special offers or promotional deals.

9. *Wedding Date Availability:* All bookings are subject to availability. 

10. *Cancellations & Postponements:* All cancellations, postponements and date changes will be subject to the terms and conditions of the signed wedding photography and videography agreement.

11. *Package Terms:* All standard Pixies Photo & Video booking policies, service conditions, delivery arrangements and copyright provisions remain applicable.

12. *Right to Close Promotion:* Pixies Photo & Video reserves the right to close the promotion once the first 10 qualifying bookings have been secured.

BLACK NOVEMBER 2026 PROMOTION
Terms & Conditions – Family, Maternity & Cake Smash Sessions

*1. Limited Availability* - This promotion is limited to the first 30 confirmed bookings across all three promotional categories combined (Family, Maternity and Cake Smash). Once all 30 bookings have been secured, the promotion will automatically close.
*2. Promotion Period* - Bookings must be made between 1 and 30 November 2026 to qualify for the advertised Black November promotional prices.
*3. Full Payment & Booking Confirmation* - Full payment of the selected promotional package is strictly required within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. No deposits, instalments or payment arrangements will be accepted for these promotions. Your booking will only be considered confirmed once full payment has been received and proof of payment has been supplied. Unpaid bookings and enquiries do not reserve a promotional spot. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the invoice may be cancelled and the promotional booking slot released to another client.
*4. Session Date & Scheduling* - You do not need to select your photoshoot date when making your booking. The session date can be arranged at a later stage, subject to availability. All promotional sessions must be scheduled and completed no later than *30 June 2027*.
*5. June 2027 Deadline & Promotional Vouchers* - If a client has not completed their promotional photoshoot by 30 June 2027, the promotional booking will be converted into a voucher to the value of the original promotional package booked. This voucher may be used towards any of Pixies Photo & Video's regular photography packages at the standard advertised rates. Any difference in price between the voucher value and the selected regular package will be payable by the client. The promotional package and its discounted pricing will no longer apply once the booking has been converted into a voucher.
*6. Locations & Travelling Fees* - All promotional sessions are limited to locations within Pretoria. - Travelling fees, location fees, venue entrance fees, permits and any other additional location-related costs are not included in any of the advertised packages and will be for the client's own account where applicable. Sessions outside Pretoria are not included in this promotion.
*7. Package Inclusions* - Each promotional package includes only the services, photography coverage and digital images specifically advertised for the selected package. Any additional photographs, photography hours, products, upgrades or services requested outside the advertised package will be quoted and charged separately.
*8. Cake Smash Sessions – Special Conditions* - Cake Smash sessions are natural outdoor sessions and do not include a professionally styled studio setup or elaborate themed decorations.
The basic setup supplied by Pixies Photo & Video includes:
- A blanket for the setup.
- A cake stand.
- A small balloon stand.
- A bubble machine.
The cake, balloons, decorations, outfits, additional props and any other personalised setup requirements are not included and must be supplied and arranged by the client. Family photographs are included as specified in the selected Cake Smash package.
*9. Weather & Rescheduling* - As these sessions take place outdoors, sessions may need to be rescheduled due to unsuitable weather or circumstances beyond our control. Any rescheduling requests, cancellations or changes made by the client will be subject to Pixies Photo & Video's standard booking and rescheduling policies.
*10. New Bookings Only* - This promotion is exclusively available to new bookings made between 1 and 30 November 2026. Existing bookings, previously confirmed sessions, previously issued quotations and bookings made before the promotional period are excluded.
*11. Previously Purchased Vouchers* - Previously purchased Pixies Photo & Video vouchers cannot be redeemed, exchanged or used as payment towards any Black November discounted package. The promotional discounts are exclusively for new bookings paid in full during the promotional period.
*12. Promotional Package Restrictions* - The Black November promotional prices cannot be combined with any other discounts, special offers, vouchers or promotions. Promotional packages cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person without written approval from Pixies Photo & Video.
*13. General Conditions* - All standard Pixies Photo & Video photography policies, copyright provisions, image delivery arrangements and service conditions remain applicable. Pixies Photo & Video reserves the right to close the promotion once the first 30 confirmed bookings have been secured. By making full payment towards a Black November promotional package, the client acknowledges and agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
